The Story
A recently widowed basketball giant arrives in a small Welsh town with his grieving teenage son. What begins as a desperate escape becomes a story of community, forgiveness and second chances.
Jacob Klinc arrives unannounced in Llandrindod Wells, Mid-Wales, with his son Eli. Eli is drawn, reluctantly, into a local basketball team that barely functions. Jacob, unable to speak about his late wife, finds himself in a community that refuses to let anyone stay a stranger for long.
The game brings them together. The story is about everything else.
