How Wolf Runner collects and uses personal data through wolfrunner.co.uk. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Wolf Runner Holdings Limited (“Wolf Runner”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17444677. Our registered office is Granville House, 2 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 4SB, England.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about it, email info@wolfrunner.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you email us. Contact and enquiry links on this site open your own email app. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use this to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry, including requests for pitch decks. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

When you visit the site. Our website platform, Squarespace, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (our legitimate interests). Squarespace also produces visitor statistics for us using analytics cookies, which are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner (your consent). See our Cookie Policy.

Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To do this your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address.

The site has no forms, accounts or online shop. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes data on our behalf.
  • Our email provider, which stores the emails you send us.
  • Google and Adobe, when your browser loads fonts from them.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them. Visitor statistics are kept by Squarespace in line with its own retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@wolfrunner.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
